Like I mentioned to you in your other post, $1000ea for the 6spots with brake pads, I think the rotors were around $300-$400 ea genuine Brembo's.

I rang BSM and they said the 6 pots were $7k (full set of front and 4 pot rears). Still there was no way they could sell the fronts alone for $2k, the guy just laughed when I asked him. How is it you can get them so cheap ?

Robin.

I take it as $2k for front calipers, and ~$1k for the rotors, so $3k for fronts??

Robin, Did you get a trade price or retail??

I just rang around here in Purth, AP 330mm with 4 spots, $2950 retail Front only, $5k including rears.

What do you mean by dead? Rotors maybe but calipers??

Rotors are farked.. Yeah, the calipers are fine.. but they really struggle with pulling the ute down on the track.

haaaaa...... speak to youngy about brakes :welcome2: He said his do ok :spoton:

he cracks me up!!!!!

I wouldn't mind a set of premo's, that should make your AP's cheaper  good idea to keep them for when you sell the car obviously though!!

Had a close look at youngy's brakes last night. If you can count all the cracks in the front rotors I'll give you my T!!!

A guy had a set of wilwoods on a BA last night Ben cost was 3 - 3.5 K for front only with 330mm rotors (not slotted or drilled). Wasn't the wog doing brakes at a reasonable price?

Oh and their was a VK with AP's.... probably worth more than the rest of the car!!

Ben...remember the track night where there was that SS Ute with wilwoods and it looked like he had a firework show coming from his rims.

Robin.

I bought my entire setup from BSM, the front cost me 6K, and the back cost me just under 4K.

Full AP setup.

Wilwoods look the goods, but in reality, they are a cheap caliper..

I have seen a few, just looking at all my options..
