This means that if youve lost your licence, through demerit points and are either suspended, disqualified or even cancelled, and you consequently are detected using your new toy on the road, you could be charged with driving unlicensed. For example if you are suspended, than it would be 'drive while suspended'. Check with RTA if here in NSW, or whatever your state has.
