There is now way a pissy little electric fan like that could pump enough air to make a difference. more likely it will cause a restriction and a loss of power.

I've heard people say the same thing about electric fans and waterpumps. Also bare in mind the supercharger only operates while the engine is on, therefore battery is charging. All I can say is, you might want to get the audio whine fixed prior to fitting one of these.
