That when I thought the program had finished. So after the lights flash quickly does it then light up the LED of the program you selected?←once you select you map P1 P2 P3 what ever and hold done select for 3 or so sectill the lights start to flash I think it flashes 2 by 2 then eventually all the led will start to flash fast then once that finshed one LED wil lstay on and it will be the map you pic that means it finished and turn the key of and pull the cord out.PS: hope you dont start the car on? and just the ignition is on that's all. Lifetime Members 5,368 Member For: 19y 5m 18d Gender: Male Location: The 8th Dimension Posted 15/11/06 12:07 PM Share Posted 15/11/06 12:07 PM You should get alternate flashing of the leds as it pulls the old tune out of the ecu, then as the new tune goes in you should get the lights flashing quicker and quicker from one side to the other, when finished it should have just the program you loaded lit. If you disconnected before this you may have corrupted the tune and its off to ford for a reflash.Check your manual and try again following the instructions exactly as written Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
