Sorry guys, but I hated what the FN clay bar did to my car.

Worked my ass off and the finish on my car is now super smooooooth and super Fuuuuucked.

Used 3/4 of the liquid that came with it and the finish on my car is sh*t now. small scratches all over it, very unhappy with the product. Thinking of paying a pro to fix the paint now. Ive see how it works on other colours but no way should it touch a black car.

Good work if you own a Black car and it worked well for you, but I'll never have anything good to say about this product.

I went back to Meguires and they said it was my folt but never said why, then tried to sell me another 5 FN products to fix the damage their product caused.

F off Meguires I do a very good job on my car and this clay products crap wax it and leave your paint alone.

I went to a Meguires Day and ended up buying some clay from them after seeing what it achieved. I have used it on my wifes Raven VT, Washed it, clayed it, washed it, dryed it, polished it, waxed it. Superb finish. Have to do it again so I can sell it now.

Well worth the money and effort.

Matt

I know its water restrictions but

I wash with my hand and the hose after the wash with the mit.

then use the clay with the hose on low it keeps a water barrier between the paint and the clay :spoton:

guys don't you get swirl marks??? im sh!t scared of using the clay bar.

mine already had a few from the dealer  ... but when I use the clay I do it in strips instead of circles.. afterwards I usually use a swirl remover/very mild abrasive like Poorboys SSR1 to reduce any swirling.. then a coat or two of Zaino and a layer of P21S and Roberts ya dads bro
