Guest Guests Posted 08/11/06 01:01 PM Share Posted 08/11/06 01:01 PM
I'm not taking offence, i'm tring to clear things up, but i only quoted Mototron as i assumed they were the same injector.. ie "Siemens/MotoTron Deka 60lb".. Everywhere i googled suggested they were the same, Hense why i quoted it. The car is v8capri's, his supercharged V8 GROUP-A, alot of people have seen it at various dyno shootouts, and correction to my original post of 550rwkw, it is 506rwkw. Eitherway, These are Siemens Deka 60lb babies. Look at my attached picture, no sign of MOTOTRON printed on.. even if the mototron are chinese copies.. Dan.
well thats good then if there not mototron cause then there very cheep!!!! you just got me worried that there cheepies and all i said was ill find out from seimens vdo what the story is as the yanks bagged the mototron's

Don't worry about these injectors being too big for cars say under 300rwkW, as they have excellent low flow characteristics even under small pulse widths; According to lingenfelter's website here is a blurb about the deka inkjectors:
Despite the high flow rate, these injectors provide a very linear flow rate even at low pulse widths allowing you to use a larger injector than normally possible without hurting idle and low speed driveability. These injectors are able to function at high fuel pressures and don’t exhibit the high fuel pressure handling problems found with many other high flow high-impedance injectors. This makes these injectors very well suited to turbocharged and supercharged applications that see high fuel system pressures. These injectors are the perfect upgrade for stock manifold & rail assemblies; replacing standard 75 mm packaged injectors. Also recommended for use in custom manifolds where optimum injector targeting requires more length. Engine performance and running quality is enhanced through the optimized spray pattern of these injectors. Unlike many “pencil stream” high flow injectors, these high flow injectors utilize a multi-orifice tip providing a true 30 degree spray pattern for improved mixture preparation. This results in lower BSFC and better idle quality than many injectors of less flow.

As for tax invoice, there will be one covering the bulk purchase of injectors.. What normally happens here in a bulk buy? Dan.
