Gday,

I thought it only fair to post the instructions for making these partitions I built, im a house painter and mobile computer repairer and need a bit of stuff in the back, so these would be great for a sparky or really any kind of trades person.

Im sure there is a carpenter in this forum who can tell everybody exactly what type of wood I have used from the photos, I just grabbed it off the shelf. This is probably an obvious mod for a lot of people in this forum, but I thought I would post it anyways.

The measurements are 1807mm long for a jam tight fit between the creases of the plastic tray, if you want to move them into the centre around the ford logo you will have to either chisel out a section or saw it out, I just need it in three sections but when you have a look you can probably create a much better one than ive done and have slots and all kinds of things in it.

Heres the piccys you should be able to figure out what I have done, as for the 45 degree angle at the bottom of the tray snug against the cabin, I just had a look and cut a slightly bigger bit out of it than needed, just in case I ever want to put a fridge in and run cables etc. who knows what.

Nice never thought of running them that way. :spoton:

Usualy see the ones that run from right to left in the slots at the front and rear so stuff doesnt slide longitudinally.

well I bought those plastic bin things to put my sh*t in, and if you put enough of them in in the right order nothing can move, well a few centimetres but that's about it, everything sits nice and tight. glad you like it :) and if you go to "the warehouse" that cheap sh*t place, they sell bins with wheels on them, and surprise surprise the wheels fit exactly in the groves also.
