Bmc Vs K&n Filters?

I'm looking at buying a K&N or BMC filter (the BMC is readily available at my performance shop) and would like to hear from people that have used both.

I did a google search last night and there seems to be a few arguments going around about there individual claims. I'm not bothered with extra kw etc (as I believe it would be negligible - I understand it betters throttle control) but which filter stops the most dust and still allows maximum air flow in really dusty conditions?

TIA :spoton:
