congrats on the edit,

johns standard tunes are nice and safe.

as far as regapping your plugs Dboss and Zap are both correct, regap them to .89 see how it drives if it feels 100% then leave it.

if not go smaller gap. runnig the 10psi standard tune from intune I had no problems when I did them at .89

like they said fuel is the key.

your 6 speed will be fine at these power levels...

I have put 360klw though mine with no problems

congrats again and hope the bug does not get you as much as some others on the forum

I would think that the guys at Intune would know their stuff about plug gaps and edit.

Just remember a genric tune is supplied by the dealer and not by Capa, make you use a tuner who has a track record with XR6T

I had Edit generic 10 psi tune (direct from CAPA) on my XRT for about 6 months with no apparent problems. But then I bought a few more go fast goodies and got Nizpro to fit and tune the parts and Simon said looking at the plugs it had been pinging slightly, even tough I hadn't heard it.

if u want to be safe u should pop in to c&v or a nother place with a dyno most will charge 80 bucks to check your air fuel ratio and get a power reading.

its real easy to blow up your motor if its too lean.

or ask john intune if he will do a quickie.

80 dollars could save u heaps in the longrun :roflmbo:
