You could always use a anonymous proxy surfing site like The Cloak, it used to be free for all sites but now charges for sites that req a username / password, but check it out - The Cloak anonymous web surfing Think they only charge a couple of cents per mb so for fourm use shouldnt cost jack.

Zaps prolly right mate best option is to Remote Desktop or Remote VNC to your home pc that way there's no record of what sites your surfing. The problem will obviously be the default port will probably be blocked by your IT guys so you need to change the port, on your home pc allow RDP sessions then edit your registry to change the listening RDP port number to something unblocked by your network like 8080 or even 21, should work if you can find an open port.
