G'day

Looking at my options for obtaining an XR6T :drivingalong: . One of my options is salary packaging it through SMB NovaLease.

I was wondering if anyone had an example of a quote from these guys on an XR6T (or anything else for that matter).

Any other feedback on these guys also appreciated.

Cheers

Craig,

I'm after details such as:

1. Example of quote or purchase order (with personal details removed)

2. Vehicle type & Fleet discount achieved

3. Delivery time

4. Ease of dealing with good points/bad points

5. Did you deal face to face or over the phone.

Cheers

Ok - I'll PM you details tomorrow when I get to work.

Did all the work over the phone as I work for Fed Gov and SMB are our Dept's fleet provider.

Only bad point was their attention to detail as I had to correct some of the costs they had added that I organised myself (insurance premiums etc).

djgelling,

I am also with SMB.

As per Craig.. I had to correct a few things. But all in all they are great to deal with. I have been using them for the last 3 years. They are much better than alot of others.

Costs.... I found there insurance was $200 - $300 more than what I could get. So I arranged it my self and it still gets paid out of the lease..

Re the discount. Get them to do a quote first. Then SHOP AROUND! You may / will do better. I got a $5100 discount plus a few pits thrown in. I shopped around and worked the dealers off each other.

Delivery time... Well what can I say. :( Be ready to wait 3 /4 months unless the dealer has what you are after either in the pipe line of on the lot.. You could get it in 2 weeks if they already have what you want there and then...

I can send a copy of mine if needed. PM me if you like. I do big K's 40,000km on mine so there may be a few running costs differences and FBT etc and I set mine to 45% depreciation. Mine is about $1800 per month out of my pay pre tax inc FBT.

If you go the T you will not regret it.

Good luck.
