Saleen - Didnt really get a chance to run heads up, some squirts in traffic. There was one chance at the crossroads with Jeff and Junior across on the lights, but no traction and I was in the lane that had traffic ahead.

Exahsix - Dominello's have been playing around with the box and the current one was just a put in for general cruising around, not specced up to run power or be driven heavily. He has a new box that should be good for over 400rwkw when we turn it up. He is using my car as a ongoing test bed for different setups to get the best combo of strength and drivability. This is the 4th box he has had in to test.

phase3ute - Best MPH on sunday was 119.

Regards

M G

Your setup should be doing 9's atleast 10's on so called shakedown runs, remove the uni-jip take it to C&V and it will run 9's

:msm:

Nitrous makes anything fly fast.....V8s need it to make them move at least....

Modified cars of an extreme level will not perform at their peak and best after 1 shakedown pass or after its been out of the workshop with a current setup that hasnt been tested out yet....

How long did it take the guys from Rotormaster to crack 6's, wasnt overnight..

And how long did it take for JP+300 to get his times, all comes with test and tune,

doesnt take a genius to work that out, all things come with time, why go out and try to go quick if you dont how your setup is going to work...suspension, g'box(shift points included) tune, how to make the most out of your package and be quick and reliable, tyres(presures) , drive as auto or manual....so many inputs in the equation to sort before you can even start to think about gettn an unbelievable time.

And 11.7 with NOS, Blue Power crew where doing 12s and 11's unassisted...

And isnt NOS illegal for the street...hmmm at least someones car is safe from prying eyes....

But beat my time...13.9 slipping clutch stock......lol lol lol.........

So theres no need to critisize the performance of ones car when you dont know the full story.......Guess its easy to skip a few pages and just look at the pictures.

Oh why go NOS, go Nitro methane, and while at it, strap a rocket too, just for kicks....

No, I think he is trying to say that everybody is tired of listening to Jeff talk :idunno:

MG took his car out to have a bit of fun and test the current setup ...... the day was fairly warm, he didnt have much traction and there was an issue with shift points that will be sorted out shortly. Maybe he needs to go out a few more times to get the hang of it, maybe he put too much heat in the tyres, maybe not enough ..... end of the day its all experiance. Im sure the guys here who ran a good time needed a bit of practice to get there and those who say they didnt are full of :pooh: .

Jeff .... why dont you run MG on STREET LEGAL tune then we'll see who's car has the balls and whos car should be hiding in the corner with its tail between its legs !!! Maybe Im wrong, maybe yours is quicker then his, but end of the day, NOS is like using steroids .... you might as well cheat / take the easy way out. What you fail to understand is MG can run his car as is on the track and on the street. So can you .... however if you get pulled over with the bottle connected your going to get pumped up the :spoton:

Even Junior chopped MG, and he only has 300rwkw. Plenty of witnsesses too.

No discredit to MG and his car, it's an animal. It's just not all that quick yet, unfortunately.

MG, seriously mate, get rid of the Unichip. It clearly isn't working.

Which part was that, maybe FACTS to you is talking :pooh:

If it was just for a "Test" why would you pay $200 for a track day when its only $45 on a wednesday night :stupid:

Why would I enhance my car only to put it back to stock to race a car with 4 times the boost and running a turbo that does'nt even come with the car,and its funny how two weeks ago at one of our friday cruises that I called you out to come and give me a run with your Aps phase 3 and I said to you I'l show you what edit can do to a uni-jip that you wanted nothing to do with it

:stupid:

As you know Deano and MG we get on and we have fun together all im saying is you guys have been claiming big power for a long time yet have not backed it up MG went 11.9 with 360rwklw and $32K spent on it you guys a flogging a dead horse with your pro uni-jip mentality  I ran a 11.7 with $3k XR6T's are running 10's to mid 11's with less power
