That is (whatever the term is called) is main reason poeple die on Eccies.

Scotty

Drinking excesive amounts of water can thin the blood. But you will find that the body is doing strange things on e's and you will fill your bladder long before you hurt yourself, I drink water constantly all day at least 5-8 litres and I'm still here.

You will have to leave the water for the last minute, I suggest 2 to 3 liters in the last half an hour before the weigh in otherwise you will pee it all out. Replace all meals with optifast and you should loose up to 1 kg per day, that is what I have been doing and I lost 25kgs in 6 weeks, without drinking the water first. I'm 6ft tall and am down to 105kgs and loosing 800 grames to 1 kg per day.

fark, that cant be healthy though losing that much that quickly

Dunno know if it's unhealthy, but it may be hard to maintain.

Sly, does this Optifast cost much? Few details would be sweet mate. PM me if you don't wanna upset the natives.

Yes mate l drink alot of water during the day to but if you don't know the physics of your body then l wouldn't recomend it. l did Bodybuilding for 14 yrs competed in over 20 competitions, and also trained guys in the gym giving them proper advice, just be careful on how to give advice to certain people as it can have repucutions.

What happens is that as the person consumes large amounts of water over a period of time, blood plasma (the liquid part of blood) increases. As this takes place, the salt content of the blood is diluted. At the same time, the person is losing salt by sweating. Consequently, the amount of salt available to the body tissues decreases over time to a point where the loss interferes with brain, heart, and muscle function.

The official name for this condition is hyponatremia. The symptoms generally mirror those of dehydration (apathy, confusion, nausea, and fatigue), although some individuals show no symptoms at all. If untreated, hyponatremia can lead to coma and even death.

Between $35 and $50 per box, 1 box lasts one week, it is a bit severs and can be hard especially the first few days, it is also recomended that you slow it down afetr 8 weeks and consult a physician if you are having any problems. There are some side efects. You will need breath mints.

Sounds like good advice.

I advise you to drink the water, tomorrow morn, as soon as you wake up, instead of tonight, because come midnight you'll be busting so bad ud swear urine was coming out of your eyes.

drink as much water as you can before then weigh in, then go to a sauna and sweat it all out. sauna's and steam rooms help to get rid of body fluids, in the form of sweat.

heard some lady on the radio went on a detox diet? where she only drinks this lemon drink. lost 6.5kg in 9 days

I think if you detox your body thinks it's starving so the next lot of fat you injest it holds it back and stores it up in reserve so you end up bigger.
