lets get to the cheating part first up....I know how to lose weight after the weigh in

The question is(and hotly debated)will you gain 5 kg from drinking 5 litres over the course of 2 3/4 hours

You will have to leave the water for the last minute, I suggest 2 to 3 liters in the last half an hour before the weigh in otherwise you will pee it all out. Replace all meals with optifast and you should loose up to 1 kg per day, that is what I have been doing and I lost 25kgs in 6 weeks, without drinking the water first. I'm 6ft tall and am down to 105kgs and loosing 800 grames to 1 kg per day.

1 Litre of water equals 1 kg. Good luck with drinking hat much, oh yeah if you keep a constant supply of fluid to the body it will recognise this and dump excess water and loose weight.

Scotty

Over drinking water :pinch: ......did you know know you can drown your body and die by over doing it!!! It sounds unreal but it is true! l wouldn't recommend it. :spoton:

Sly that is a hell of a loss, and some congratulations are in order. Much more to go until goal weight and then what is the plan once you reach that?

I'm half way, I want to get back to my joining weight 87kgs or just a couple of kilos less as I was alot fitter back then. Every friday I indulge on whatever fast food I can fit in so as to slow my weight loss down and have a weekly feast to look forward to.
