If you want to increrase your body weight with water, commonly refered to as water loading you need to do 2 things.

1 drink a crap load of water (fairly obvious)

2 eat ALOT of high salt food

Without dramatically increasing your sodium levels your body won't retain the water.

On a side note I have lost 64 kg's over the last 11 months on weight watchers. No diet suplements or meal replacements of any kind, just diet and exercise :spoton:

Proably harder in the short term but I'm hopeing it's a more sustainable way to keep it off in the future

I like my carbs and booze and the booze makes me like my carbs more, which in turn makes me thirsty and then........are well we all know the story.

I'll PM a couple of you fella's and see if you want to pass some info.

Geez...maybe Speedo's by Xmas......?

Results are in and Lumpy and Scotty know best.

I could only manage 3 litres in 50min before being forced on the scales.

Hour Before - 91.1

50 mins later Results - 94.0 kgs

2.9kgs gain in 50min with approx 3 litres of water.

This was also done with a handful of salt at 8.30am....mmmmm

Ill weigh myself before I go home at 4.30pm to see how it went.

OK, in the interest of medical science, and adesire to shut you bitch's up, I just did a weigh in on digital scales, 111.6kg, did it three times all the same,

I then drank over a 2 minute period 1000ml of water, I used my digital kitchen scales to get it spot on.

Guess what, thanks to you guys, I know weigh 112.6 kg.

My gut is somewhat busting considering I had just eaten six toasted spaghetti bolegnaise sandwitchs, washed down with a can of dr tooheys finest, I am now about to burst.

I wish I saw this post before the sandwitchs and beer, I need to go now.
