The big question is will the ZF hold up (looks like your the test pilot).

There are people here with numbers like that with standard diffs just dont go hooking up those tyres with that much power otherwise *bang*. there goes the CVs.

Its a Tornado(ute), therefor no CV's.

Not to sure about the utes. Mine copped 255rwkw with no drama's, but that's a long way from your power level.

F6 Utes seems to be holding up to the repeated caning he gives it with over 300rwkw...

Just a quick question.

Firstly, why is Mal Wood trying to solve this for you?? lol.

OK, Simon - Extreme has a customer running near 400rwkw in an A F6 BF.

F6 Tornado is running 330rwkw, A6 F6 Tornado.

Neither have issues, except for flex plate, but that was a Ford issue. ( Bolts not done up ) Both are stock bottom ends. I reckon save your cash if you going 380rwkw. I'll be up there shortly. ( about 360rwkw )

Wog has a couple of utes tuned, running stock bottom ends ( XR's ) and pumping 360rwkw and running low 11's..

I have no diff issues, it's a bit creaky, but might need a general tighten up, but I've done 60,oookm too.. Mine is a manual, and that has it's own noise issues. I can step off the cutch at 4500rpm on MT's and everything is fine..

One word of warning, when you up the power in a ute, the back end (suspension) will twist on you. I've nearly been speared off the road with coil bind, ( I think it's called that ) where I hit 3rd gear and the thing just steers the back end.. Scary stuff.. Some better springs, shocks or tramp rods etc will help that though. ( Mine still stock ) I did have the hardcover off, and that didn't help the cause. Bit more weight with the hardcover seems to help too.

As far as injector choice, Nizpro 100's or Siemens. ( wog sells Siemens )

Who are you going with for intercooler/plenum?

thanks for that info f6 ute. I currently have the hybrid I/c with plazmaman plumbing.do you think the bottom end will handle 360-380rwkw? cause my tuner/installer told me im nearly on the edge with my current power,so that's why I wanted to put a new bottom end. I have 320rwkw at the moment with the above plus 42pound drilled injectors,powerstat,k&n,3.5"dump,3.5"metal cat,and remus cat back system, ultra shocks f&r, with custom tune running 17pounds down low and tapering down to 12pounds.

One or two Metal cat cats?

Once you go over 300rwks!! one just aint going to make the grade and if you try and push too much flow accross it it wont last long as all.

I dont think the bottem end is a problem at all and ive seen one that was @ 400rwks after it was pulled down and it was like brand new after 20,000 km.
