I LOVE IT!!! Looks great!!! Do you have a shot of the underside of the bonnet?

No I'll do one this weekend. Basically the existing bonnet liner has be put back in with shaped flat plates around the cutouts to ensure the air flow doesn't get underneath it.

Just a Quick shot of under my bonnet - please ignore reflections.

There are 2 large holes where the water run off comes out. In a production bonnet they would be much smaller about a 3-4mm hole.

Still working out what I'm doing but thinking to sell

* Back vents as Kit

* Bonnet with only backvents (Preferrably on an exchange basis)

I'm also working of 2 designs for the front vents.

Longer term to have

* Vent kit - which could be fitted to any steel or fibreglass bonnet.

* Bonnet with back vents only - Only for flat bonnet ( Can fit kit if bonnet

supplied)

* Bonnent with my front intake and back vents

* Bonnet with dual intake and back vents.

:fool: Back to driving with my stock bonnet while moulds are taken from my bonnet.

Checked in today - The building of moulds is underway but will take until some time next week to develop the first half of the moulds.

It would be possible to develop the vent kits in Fibreglass but the steel versions should work with steel or fibreglass and it will probably work out cheaper to develop in steel for the kit.
