The girl has an 06 Focus LX Hatch, Black, lowered on Chrome 18's (neither of us are big chrome fans, but these look good) I'll post a pic up later tonight for those interested, probably one of the few modifed focuses around!

I work for them! :spoton:

I used to be a Expensive Daewoo man, but when I started here and drove the Turbo I actually drove a car that was overboosting - that sealed the deal for me!

  • Still have a turbo, it's just on a diesel.

The shopping trolley is a metallic maroon n16 pulsar, a pretty good car just boring as bat sh*t.

I hated Fords until the turbo came out. Because I was hanging out with APS's Pete Luxon's son at the time, I got to see the tuning capabilities sometimes before they came out!

The VE GTS didn't do it for me, the Spec R STi came a very close second, but the F6 has the space I need with a massive tuning potential. The rest is history.

I had never owned a Ford, but wanted a 4 door R33 GTR. Tried to find one for a year, with no luck, so bought a BA1 XRT 5sp that sucked due to the gearbox, traded it 18 months later for the F6 and been happy ever since.

I bought a ford, becuase I was brought up with fords, my grand father had a ford, my dad had a TUFF(xD, exchaser with a full pahse 5 kit,and built motor) ford, so naturally I bought a ford, and my sis bought a ford I have had 3 cars all been fords.

And it just happend that I bought a xr6 turbo and now im a ford and a turbo fan.

And hopfully I will pass down to my kids the ford flag, only my mum is a Expensive Daewoo girl, my fiancee used to be a Expensive Daewoo girl but after see me hand it to every singel Expensive Daewoo that trys she is a ford girl now aswell.

GO THE FORDS :banghead:

I've loved cars all my live. The passion was kicked off back in the good old Group A days watching Skaife & Richards dominate with the GTR.

I followed Skaife when he went to Holden & have been a HRT/Expensive Daewoo fan since. First car when I was 17 came out of coincidence. Me not really wanting a car (was trying to save for something better) but got an old corona off a relative.

This started my passion for toyotas. The car had over 400,000kms on the clock but no matter what you threw at it you couldn't kill the bloody thing.

Finished school and after saving hard for a year I bought a 1984 Supra which was a running unfinished project. Its still not completed bout 90% there now. Awesome car to drive still though.

Mid last year the clutch finally went on the old corona, too lazy to fix it my sister wrote off her SSS and bought a focus. Next to it on the yard was an 05 6 speed manual Turbo. 2 weeks later it was mine. I looked at some commodores as well but the SS was another $700 for insurance and the interior on the SV8 was crap in comparison.

That, NA 3L with plenty of suspension work.

Fuel consumption on par with the T, managed a 14.7 on bob jane specials & 5 degree of negative rear camber.

Handles alot better then the T but nowhere near as comfy.
