My mini ended up too rusty - so I took the race motor out, put the standard one back in, and unbolted everything that wasnt required to make the car move, windows, lights, electrics, bonnet, boot, seats, headlining etc etc (I was inspired by Goodbye Pork Pie), and turned up at my parents lifestyle block (10 acre farm).

that's was great fun - doing jumps, slaloms, shunting my brothers road car about (an old crappy mitsubishi galant).

Whadayamean, crappy Mitsubishi galant....

I had mine for several years, when all my mates had v8 monaros and falcons and chargers. I'd ring the living hell outa my mitsi.... On dirt roads and in the hills, they didn't keep up.

alas, my mitsi met with a sudden end, as I was T-boned at an intersection by an EH holden. My galant was written off.... the EH didn't have a scratch!

Got to agree though.... nothing comes close to the fun and freedom of bush bashing whether its 2 wheels or 4. Great for learning defensive driving/riding..

I gave up my bikes when it became impossible to get to any decent tracks nearby.... bloody greenies! Kuitpo and Kersbrook forrests used to be fantastic... especially in the winter wet ...

First bush basher was an FC Holden (wish I still had it) first road registered was a TD Gemini. Never seen a car with so little potential and so little power (out of the factory).

second car is in my sig (company car.. till I buy it)

1st - a one-sixth share in VW Beetle during last year of high school, gee we pushed that car around alot....great memories though....

2nd - Falcon (old man's hand me down)

3rd - EB Falcon, which was a nice package for the time and is currently in the ownership of my brother.

4th - Crummydore work car. I'm not kidding here, the thing used to cut out on me doing 100 kays sometimes when it would backfire due to the crap gas system on it. It was fricken timebomb and I'm glad I'm not driving it anymore.

Current - the T, which doubles as my work car and drag car.

Unfortunately with age it becomes increasingly difficult to remember all the cars I've owned over the years, the first and current ones are a bit easier though!

My first car was a 1959 Holden (FE/FC?) followed by a sucession of unlikelies such as;

well I had a 1980- falcon, will post pics of it soon, now them 4.1L smoke good, and u can trash them as much as u want and keep going until u cook the motor,crack the head and do 3piston rings

My first car was a 67 Xr Falcon Ute True Blue in colour. I miss it.....

My first car was a VN Lexcen V6 (when I was poor student). Only had audio mods.

2nd ride is my BA MKII T (now that im a poor worker). The T is a little better I think...

I hope all you fellas (bar Adam) are oldish and not just going thru cars like bra's..
