If the turbo is totally seized can the car still start/exit exhaust gas? Might be trailer time to a good workshop.By not starting to you mean it cranks but never fires up? That's as much as I can guess.thread from 2006 lol. Seems more like no spark or something like that. Maybe even oil pressure sensor issue now.
