I must be a Girl, or a big Pillowy Marshmellow, it has got me stuffed how you can root a tranny in a month, or 7 weeks.

mine is niw 2 and abit yrs, has been dragged, modded, flogged and running over 300rwkw for 18 months now, still good, AND TOTALLY STOCK.

(besides the lifted line pressure), maybe that's the key?

you guys must floggem to death, Im just too mechanicaly sypathetic I suppose.

We did 103000 km's on the first tranny but it is when you start pushing way over 300 rwkw's that the life of the tranny starts to go down hill real fast.

Bullet has been at Kewish Automatics for the last 8 weeks getting some new never done before work on the auto, still have a week to go but have been assured by Dave at Kewish that once finished will be bullet proof upto 450rwkw with the standard box.

Line pressure alone now runs at 250lb rather than the 104lb from factory and they are not talking big $$$$ to do your box prob around $1500 to $1700 once all the R&D is completed on Bullet.

Dave.  :censored:

Are we talking ZF as well here.....will I be the first one in the f*ckn world to ever need to take one apart :crybaby:

Mate not this weekend, but the next lets go for a cruise up to Warick, see Mal Wood. Though it may be an idea to see if his workshop is open on a saturday morning.
