Turned out to be lost turbo flange bolts, but had the actuator changed anyway, as the turbo ready to be taken out.The standard port seems to be holding OK for now but will know for sure as we finalise the tune. Had a tune done at C&V on the weekend as my new less than 2 week old HPF tune seemed a bit sluggish and this actuator issue appears to be the reason. Simply put would just not hold boost up top as the spring has lost tension running 300+ atw for the last 30000ks.Getting actuator mod done after the Snowies cruise. Currently running 290 rwkw with boost tailing off and plenty of fuel available with current AFRs in the 10's so getting back to 300 rwkw shouldn't be a drama.Nice to find a local( if you call the other side of town local) tuner in Sydney that knows their stuff Will let you guys know where it ends up Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/29099-actuatorwastegate-modd/page/2/#findComment-464622 Share on other sites
