I think 800+ Nm means clutch

I'm running 238kw, T5 stock clutch 66 000kms. No problem. Ford put a new gearbox in recently and said the original clutch was fine.

I do mostly drive like a Nana though.........

I ran 250rwkw with the stock clutch and my T5... the stock clutch was cactus after about 8000km. Now I have 304rwkw and a better clutch. I do have a slight shine through the gears, but I only noticed that once I put the tranzmaxZ oil in the gearbox. So it could be due to the oil change, since then, the whine hasn't got worse at all.

I have to get my clutch re-installed as its not quite right, so I'm hoping my gear changes get better when the clutch is done. Otherwise I've had no issues with the T5... still just praying it doesn't go bang. At the end of the day, it's how you want to drive the car. Drive it normally with the odd boot and I'm sure it'll last long enough. I guess there's no promises though!!
