Guys,

I have lost $400 to this guy. He has come up with so many excuses it not funny. There is nothing I can do.

The story go's.....

I wanted to purchase two new EL fairmont headlights and was all good until he contacted me to say that he will give it to me cheaper. I was very new at ebay so I did not know you could deduct a discount once you buy item. Any he ended up sending it but called me to tell me that it was the wrong lights and asked if I could send it back. I called to post office and they did.

Then nothing. I called and he said that his assistant was sorting it out. The best one he gave me is when he said he didnt have any left so he was going to refund me. A week after he says that he got his briefcase stolen with all his cards and everything in it and is wait for his bank to give him new accounts.

Did you purchase via ebay???

If so and you're not getting anywhere, raise an ebay claim against the seller and explain your case.

Okay I've had a similar experience with a US seller on ebay and going through this process, however mine was via paypal dispute resolution which after a thorough and honest explanation on my behalf, I got a FULL refund including postage.

ebay have their own dispute resolution which I believe is not as strong as paypals but will do the job in helping you out, I'm sure.

DO NOT TAKE CRAP FROM THESE GUYS EVER!!!

If the transaction is 30 days since your win and you have no satisfaction, go straight to the Item Not Received or Significantly Not as Described Process and don't look back.

A) Get a cold sweat everytime the door bell rings.

B) Hide in the corner when you hear an on-boost T fly by your crib.

C) Speak to a Real Estate agent and get the ball rolling to sell up & run like a little bitch.

D) Come to the realisation that you're a lying thief and you should do the right thing.

E) Nothing at all and keep doing what he's doing without losing a nights sleep.

Regardless of what he does, ain't it just great how guys in other states with sites like this can share information so others won't get burnt.
