The first one was an ex Expensive Daewoo rep and only worked at Ford for 2 months. The 2nd one only had a female 'concierege' who said she knew nothing about the cars but could give me a brochure. The 3rd was selling at Mitsubishi the week before and didn't even know that the ZF was a 6 speed. The last guys was also new to Ford and knew little of standard equipment etc. None of them knew about the factory specials on the Ford web site, nor did they know any fuel consumption figures.To be fair, most dealers are the same, they don't need to know much as most buyers have no clue themselves.
