The Torque on these stock is supposed to be dead flat from about 2500 - 4500 rpm - I just looked at mine as stock and it was nearly dead flat from about 2700 - 5300 rpm. Yours falls immediately from peak torque. Now this might be nothing, but it might also be another indication that you do have a problem - and as mentioned before - the first place to start is the cat for this. (which means the mob you have been speaking to are not necessarily speaking out of turn - it is just that you don't need a complete exhaust, and you will only be having this problem if your current system is compromised in some way).If the restriction is really bad it will create more back pressure on the turbo - which require more pressure between the turbo and the engine to generate boost. This may require more timing to be taken out - so that may explain in part the lower power figure. The same could be true with the waste gate actuator so the suggestion made above is not a bad one. Regardless - have someone who has worked on these cars a fair bit do the diagnosis.Cheers,Ben.
