I had this kind of noise once before andit was my BOV and I just gave it a bit of a twist and put some new clamps on them and it went away, but who know could be maybe you have a dodge BOV? Started after I replaced the cracked ford rubber. Changed back to ford rubber and still there. Sounds like a boost leak but I simply can't find it.
