It has somehow embedded itself in the head or piston2. It has blown out the exhaust and fu%$ked the turbo on its way3. It has wedged itself between my brand new forged piston and the cylinder wall to absolutely gouged the cylinder wall to deathI hope it is 1 or 2. An endoscope will be used next weekend to look around the combustion chamber before I pull the turbo off to get it rebuilt.Mother Fu%$ker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A comp and leak down test should helf you test if that has happened Edited 24/09/06 07:21 AM by phildub

Did you use new plugs after rebuild cos it dosnt look like a 1300 k plug.Alo did you have a retune,if so how much boost.
no turbo Member 206 Member For: 19y 1m 19d Posted 24/09/06 08:01 AM Share Posted 24/09/06 08:01 AM The plugs are about 2000kms old - the others are just fine.It only had a new bottom end put in it - why would you re-tune it? And the plug wasn't over tightened - although I fail to see how that would have broken the end off it??
