mickq Member 740 Member For: 21y 10m 4d Posted 25/09/06 12:44 PM Share Posted 25/09/06 12:44 PM If I remember right, 1022hp and 1400NM of torque.I have stood about 4 feet away from that engine at full noise (not in line with the cylinders...not that that would have saved me....) and I must say that's one hell of an engine. You should hear the turbo. Makes dogs bark 300km away its so loud and high pitched. A video of that engine can be found here:http://www.nizpro.com.au/vids/Nizpro-1000hp-engine-med.avi(14MB)If I remember right (and I probably dont....) aside from springs, the engine was standard internally - never opened. It was their test bed for checking out what the limits of the engine were. Cant remember if I am 100% right on that - if you need to check post a message on the Nizpro forum and Simon will answer with fact.....a better source than my memory after 2 vodkas. Might have a bit more done than just valve springs.... Check nizpro site for all the info.......
