For what it's worth, I've just clicked over 2000 kms and it seems that the ECU is "learning" about stuff, much as a couple of previous cars I had. (Other brand)

I know that the Delphi computers on the GM product "learns" specific driving styles, but not sure of the Blue Oval product.

It definitely feels a though it is getting better, but it may also be that it is loosening up.

I had my 3000k service last week (at 4000 now) and have noticed a marked improvement in performance, it definately has and seems to still be loosening up - anyone know when it is supposed to be fully run in? Another thing I have noticed is that the coolant level is down to minimum, not sure if this was topped up at 3000k's and has run low in the space of a week or not, I have heard though of problems previously with overheating?

codsev sounds like the famous water pump O ring has gone in yours too. You get intermitent coolant leaks wich are hard to trace, take him back to dealer!
