Hi Guys,

Just had the 3000km service, noticed the power delivery is more non-linear than normal. Has anyone else had this experience. Power doesn't seem to pick up until at least 2200-2500 rpms, where as it felt 'more on tap' previously.

Regards

ST

I've heard that before ... mine is going in for the 3000 soon ... I'll lookout for it

(someone said that they may have been tuned rich during the run-in by the ECU - maybe

 )

do you feel the punch harder from the turbo now?

Hi Guys

Yeah, the turbo really does punch now...

even my wife noticed the difference after it was serviced (and I thought I was the only one who drove it hard).

Oh well, taking it to another dealer for a subsequent checkup tomorrow (as after the service last week, I've also noticed coolant leakage and the infamous heat shield rattle underneath the driver's seat).

But the turbo delivery concerns me, totally changes the feel of the car when driving.

Also MS700, they didn't change the oil during the 3000 kms service. I have read alot about the benefits of doing so, but the service team insisted that it was not needed.
