Well, Ive now chucked all this pipe work out and redone it all, and it drives a zillion times better :spoton:

I turned the IC up the other way and put the orig turbo to IC rubber hose on for now and am working on the top section and in take.

Ive removed the crossover pipe section and the pipe under the headlights as they are major restrictions... I will take some pics of the pipe so you can see how tiny it gets in the middle, looks like less than 2inch!

So, the airbox came out to make way for the IC to TB pipe and a pod now lives in the front bumper ( the turbo noise and flutter is now stupidly loud... )

Here's a few shots of the temporary set up, I will be making it from alloy soon and finishing off the bov plumbing and breather pipe return.

That's much better. When I saw you're original effort I was gonna say, why bother when you can do it like... How you have it now... :spoton:

That's how mine will be done. Hybrid cooler also.

Battery to be relocated to passenger side. I've got an AVO airbox setup for the drivers side. (same as Nizpro setup)

NA6 intake resonator (instead of custom bends and silicon) off the T/B into 3" plumbing, down around the battery, onto 2 1/2 pipework under the passenger headlight, to I/C. Stock turbo outlet pipe to I/C inlet on drivers side.

Blow off valve is getting mounted to the intake resonator as I type this (plastic weld).

I bought the Hybrid kit. Will be mounted same as yours, opposite to kit instructions. 2 1/2 180 degree bend (ally) out of kit used to get under headlight (as if it was made for the job, it's perfect)

Little while off getting it done as I don't have my car atm, and very short of time when I do get it back :spoton:

Using your picture :spoton:

Here's a chop of the NA6 intake resonator, for those now quite sure what I was referring to.

I think it's an ingenious solution myself... :spoton:

BOV attachment is being grafted onto the pipe roughly where the red dot is. It won't be plumbed back.

(Using a Turbosmart Kompact dual port. Will be purely atmo)
