f*ck me some of you guys can be narrow minded. I can't even be bother wasting my time making a good post about it, I especially love the way you seem to compare everything to (not fast) holdens.

No just stating that front wheel drives are not that bad to drive with some moderate power.I do sure believe that the new Toyota will be of better build quality then the current Fords anyway.I think its all good that other manufacturers are bringing some forced induction cars out aswell. It makes for some healthy competition.

I think it looks good but half you guys will shoot it down cause its not a Ford.

My 2 cents :RBSIGN:

So when are you going to trade in the T for your little toyota

I better be carefull then.

one of these thing would have to be ok on the highway though, or in reversand doing reverse nut, especially when charged.

anyway it almost seems irrasponsible of toyota to make something like this, I can see grandad getting into trouble.

also agree with fat-tony, toyota do build great engines, just wish they'd put them in the right cars, and put manuals behind them.

nobody ever goes faster than 30km/h below the speed limits in a toyota, that's why they dont break. Give granny my T I reckon she will back it into a tree or have a 5km/h head on in it but im sure it wont break either

I HATE TOYOTAS, HARD 2Js OR $HITTY STARLETS. I HATE THEM ALL! ESPECIALLY LANDCRUISERS

Mitsu need to bring back its AWD ASAP and put something togetther in the 380. The previous model Magna AWD was an awesome car to drive with the best brakes going. And if they dont they weill definately fold as they cant keep cutting the sale price of the 380 as Toyota will wipe the floor with them.

ps: theres nothing wrong with fwd, they are more predictable in the wet and safer to drive, well that's just me.

Ya think?

I'm afraid you'll have trouble convincing me that a car with handling traits in the wet go from understeer to terminal understeer is safe - and not everyone has the ability to use the handbrake to induce oversteer when needed - and even more importantly not every front drive car has a rear wheel handbrake.

FWD safe in the wet? Phtttt!

With a RWD you can atleast keep the car pointing where you want to go, FWD dont have a rep for being a Pole magnet for nothing
