Did you consider the Polo GTi at all? Apparently they're more MkI Golf GTi than the Golf GTi...

Is this the DSG box?

Nope. Only dubs I looked at were those in the poll. Polo only gets to 100 in 8.2 seconds. Probably too small for me anyway.

Jetta was gonna be more expensive, because they only look half decent with a $6K body kit :spit: Wait on an R32 would have been too long

Is this the DSG box?

Yep, DSG, with sun roof (and Shazzy's favorite feature, a chillable glovebox :spit: ).

I thinki I was the only one to get ti right

Good choice Ani, one of my staff just got a silver GTI with DSG and it is a great car. He thought it was quick until he drove the Typhoon, but they are still a great hot hatch.

Did you see the Top Gear on SBS on monday ?

They still rate it as the best hot hatch.

Yep, I did see that. It also won best sports car under $57,000 in the 2005 Australia's Best Cars.
