Her probation was also extended from 2007 to 2009. Rodriuguez was put on three years probation in 2004 after she pled no contest to charges of hit-and-run, driving on a suspended license, and driving under the influence of alcohol. In December of 2005, the actress was pulled over and cited for driving while intoxicated. In April, she pled guilty in Hawaiian court to one count of drunk driving, paid a $500 fine, and spent five days in jail. Rodriguez's LA jail term is scheduled to begin on May 31.
