So you were one of those fools.

What a stupid bloody exercise that was. Far from a clever way to get support for your cause...as lame and stupid is it may be.

Exactly "each to their own". I don't really care about what people worship or believe in, just don't force you fanciful beliefs down my throat.

Having a protest in the middle of peak hour in the city to have a whinge about how public holidays have been moved to align with our neighbouring state and spread them out a bit is just purely pathetic.

I assume everyone that took today off will be working for free on October 7th or whenever the new date is?

I'm on salary so I often work for free - unions failed me there.

Rightly so, are you going to offer to work at ordinary rate on October 6th then? Or just take the public holiday that you don't believe in?

Worldwide...except for New South Wales, Aust Capital Territory, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia...and now Queensland. Also I believe it was supposed to be the first day of May, was then changed to the first Monday in May...so that hardly has any real significance like Anzac Day or Aust. Day that are held on the date regardless of what day of the week it is.

And wasn't there a parade or whatever yesterday anyway?
