ok...

I know who the guy who owns the car (old bloke, im mates with his son)

My brother works at Jason nissan...

The guy who owns the "lemon", we'll call him Mr Flack (it is his name, and there was a big write up of it in the wagga paper) and he is saying that his car just dies out of no where.

well, apparently 5 of the mechanics at jason nissan have gone for a drive with him in this car, and it hasnt done what he has said it has done at all.

Nissan Australia have tried to talk to him about it all and sort it all out, but nothing of avail yet. They proposed to put a "scanner" to record the computer's codes and errors and Mr Flack denied them putting it into his car.

Ive also heard that he had a Toyota, and did the same thing with that, just after warranty ran out on his car, so he did the same thing there, and apparently he got a new car out of it... so my guess is, that he has tried to do this once again.

Also another great point to make here, is that since the Daily Advertiser didnt feel the need to contact the Jason Nissan dealership about running the story, the dealer principal has been in contact with the head publisher (or whatever the head guy is) of the Daily Advertiser and they have withdrawn 6 months worth of advertisment, which is about $90k worth.

this isnt a one sided thing, very very big issuse about it between jason nissan, the Daily Advertiser and Mr Flack.

Nissan service aint call Nissh*t for a reason hhahah.. nah its the same with any dealer really..

I had some really bad service with my Z (what's a TSB sir?) to one female service manager who bent over backwards (and offered to bend over forwards too, but that's another story :spoton:) and fixed anything that was needed and within reason, if only all dealers were like her!!

Sounds like he's the sour old bastard with nothing better to do.

I get clients, or clients of builders with the same attitude, or mental issues......

I recently had to reinstall a recessed ceiling for a builder because the owner complaind it was 50mm off centre in the room which meaasured 6mx6m. Not even barely noticable. But he made the builder rip the ceilings down, take out the roof timber and redo it. For 50mm.

The house was painted at the time. Horrid man, he gave my guys the absolute sh**ts during construction too, to the point they refused to go back for the maintenance..

He also punched holes in his walls because the float cote was not a consistant 10mm throughout. some parts were 5mm, others 8mm, others 12mm.

Half the walls in the house had to get redone.

Some people can't be pleased..
