Otherwise they'd respect cars. Makes me so angry when I see this sort of thing. Low life, scum, pov f*cking peasants. That's all they are. If I caught someone doing that to my car, I'd make sure they did the job properly. I'd ensure that they really caused some damage to my car to make it worth while. I'd probably start by slamming their head through the bonnet, door, and windscreen then see how happy they are to damage someone elses car.
