It can be fixed though. If you're running a generic tune, I think it must be an old version. You should be able to get the new maps either from CAPA or whereever you bought the box from.

yeah mate,

happened to me last night. I just posted an almost Identical post to this one before I read it. I've got no idea what causes it but the exact same thing happened to me.

The traction control can be disabled if you like when custom tuning. You can not over power the traction control once set up correctly even Brian’ s TC still works correctly with power levels over 550 rwkw’s wet or dry. Speak to your tuner and get them to fix it properly. You can always turn it off via the switch if needed

Just for the record, my car is stock and I have had this occour.

might just be that ford have only set up the tc as an anti idiot thing rather than programmed it for high usage..
