What the f@ckAm I right in saying poor effort? that's how I feel!I turn up at 530 to pick the car up, to find thew car just getting strapped to the dyno to get started. Fair enough I thought, they seem to be flat out, a little pissed off though, considering I booked it in a week prior.Next I get told that they couldnt do the tranzmax z because they dont have a pump to drain all of the oil from the box, but they can give me a number of someone else that could do it.. Gee thanks alot! Now the heart breaker, grand total of 258 rwkw I tell them "there are people pulling more than this with edit alone, whats with mine? They say "Ah well your exhaust would be a restriction, it is an auto plus the stall converter losing numbers"Not happy at all. I feel as though theyv left mine as a last minute rush job, not interested in the work just pushing it through. ←258rwkw?? you should get that wit edit alone... I thinks there is something else a miss that we have not been told about??. (forgetting about the number) Is it a dramatic feeling to the stock? Does it put a smile on your face or you expected more in terms of how it would perform?Nesh←mate, 258rwkw is gonna feel good to him, considering its his first mods, but he won't be able to tell if its closer to 300rwkw or not. I had edit first, and got 250rwkw with edit only and CAI. And damn, it felt awesome! THEN, I did the rest and ended up with 304rwkw... and I thought 250 felt good?? I was blown away by the 304. Even 250 is a dramatic feeling comparing to stock. But 300 is a dramatic feeling to 250, so 300 would be a f*cking massive difference to stock... he'd know about it if it was closer to 300.Blowute, graphs would be good. Or if you can't post up, a quick run down on boost, afrs etc will also help. But I think it should have done alot better then 258rwkw... perhaps they forgot to dial in more boost Edited 07/09/06 02:09 AM by JimmyXR6T04 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/28230-rwkw-estimation/page/4/#findComment-432034 Share on other sites

He told me it was 13 psi which bled back down to 10. It says 704nm at 84km/h, 258kw at148km/h and Motive force -1978Lb @82km/h. I think he was surprised at the power to but said thatd be the torque converter. When I asked what would be holding it back, they said exhaust. It's a real pain in the ass though, it should be done correctly the first time, or they should at least try and rectify it. If any of my tunes have a problem, my tuner sorts it out asap.you've basically got the same mods as me, except you have valve springs and surge tank, perhaps give Simon (xtreme) a call and see how much he'll do you a mail order tune for... then take it back to powertorque and put it on the dyno and watch their faces with those mods, I got no doubt one of the reputable tuners on the forum would see 300++ and if there was a problem, they'd help sort it out.
