I ran 300+ on the stage 1 with no problems and only went stage 2 with the increase in power to over 350rwkw. RegardsM G

killer Member 46 Member For: 21y 1m 12d Location: sydney Posted 01/09/06 12:25 PM Share Posted 01/09/06 12:25 PM I rang a few auto places around Sydney and the general answer I got was tobreak the gearbox first, then get it fixed and strengthend. The reasoning behind this line of thinking is that it will cost you a lot lessmoney in the long run because the 4 speed box is mechanicaly weak so whymodify the auto because you do not know which part of it will give out.Save your money until you break it. It does make sense.I am running 330kw at the rears with a slightly modded auto($1500) and Iknow that it wont last too much longer. Better to spend your money later on abroken box than to spend it now whilst your auto is still working. The chance isthat what ever you do to modify the auto it will be some other part that was notmodified that will break.SAVE YOUR MONEY UNTIL IT IS TIME TO DO IT.KILLER
