Edge 0W-40, why yes I do. Only went full synth once the rings were fully bedded in, engine run in etc (was 7,500kms for me, after changing oil with Mobil semi synth at 3,000kms). I also use Nulon E20 - always will.

I'm running Edge 0w40 in my T, went for the 0w40 over the 10w60 as I didn't want to go heavier than a 40 weight in a stock motor. I also e-mailed castrol and asked them which one they recomended for a stock T and they said the 0w40.

Certainly some guys here use the 10W-60. I'm running anywhere from stock power to somewhere in the order of ~290rwkw give or take, and still use Edge 0W-40.

That DRIF6 car that FPV used to belt around the track used Edge 0W-40 too, so I'd expect it to be pretty bullet proof. You also have to think of the turbo too, and the protection you need for the bearings (part of the reason why I use Nulon E20 additive - always will heh  ).

I'd be happy to stick with the 0w40 but if your getting a custom tune I'd put in whatever your tunner recomends. As far as any difference in the car being smoother or more responsive, no you can't notice any difference. You could proably put home brand in it and not notice any differnce.
