On a related note, has anyone been able to find a retailer that stocks 1L bottles of Edge 10W60? I know it is available but Repco doesn't stock it, neither does Supercrap or the other places I have been to...

Last time I checked with Castrol Edge wasn't available in 1l bottles. It's not even available in 20l bottles.

My local Autostore (maybe Autopro) doesn't stock Transmax Z but will order it in for me if I ask. Your local mob may be able to get the Castrol rep to bring some in for you next time?

I asked him about getting some in... apparently (sounded like an excuse) the reason for not being able to get it in is he would have to order a minimum of a pallet... 24 bottles per box, how many boxes per pallet??

Good excuse is about it! My bloke just said he'd get the Castrol rep to drive it down with him, I just needed to give a fortnights notice!

When I did my first oil change I e-mailed castol to ask which edge version they recomended for the BA (yes I know he has a BF) they said the 0W-40. Don't think you would go wrong with either, personally I prefer the 0W-40 though.
