Ive heard a couple of different stories regarding what fittings to use. A mate with a vl using the same basic setup less surge tank is just using efi fuel line, hose clamped on to brass hose fittings. He is a mechanic and his car has benn running fine for some time making good power. Another person has told me that the 044 pump would just blow off the hoses, due to pressure, and that I would have to use braided screw in fittings. Is anyone else running just efi hose and clamps? Thanks in advance Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/28087-fuel-hose-and-fittings/ Share on other sites

Thanks in advance← how would it the 044 blow the hoses off?the fuel reg will open and send the fuel back to the tank once it reaches its max pressure Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/28087-fuel-hose-and-fittings/#findComment-428127 Share on other sites

I ended up using just clamps on normal brass fittings, havent stared it yet though. Will be this afternoon!
