I'll be very tempted to buy the Force 6 if it looks the goods, otherwise, it'll be a Phoon. I'm not sold on the name though.....I would have thought FORD Marketing Department could've come up with something better...?. Do we know a release date...?

So... FPV 'fairmont' with either F6 or BOSS 290 engine. Wise move I reckon.

Reminds me of that Galaxy 540 from the open day those years ago. That thing looked horn. Shame I can't find the pic - it's on the forum here somewheres...

If only it did look like this :stirthepot:

Just wondering if anyone out there can confirm if FPV will be making something similar to HSV'S Senator model.

arent they already - GTP?

seeing as hsv have (for now) droped the basic clubsport it lines up like this:

fpv tornado / fpv pursuit = maloo

fpv super pursuit = maloo r8

fpv f6 = clubsport r8

fpv gt = gts

fpv gtp = senator

----- = grange

fpv actually need to make something to compete with the grange.

Remember this one :

Leyland Australia sold off eight Force 7 coupé prototypes to the public in an auction. Two other Force 7Vs are in the hands of a UK collector (UK collector sold his on Ebay to a New Zealand collector) and at the Birdwood Mill Museum in South Australia.

The Force 7 coupé was announced in 1975 but never sold. There was to have been a base six-cylinder Force 7, a more powerful Force 7V with the V8 unit, and a range-topping Tour de Force. It was unique in that it had a large rear hatchback. It shared few body panels with the sedan.
