Spoke to Titans today and 666 is on a truck or train somewhere between Melb and Perth, and due in on Wednesday, as luck would have it I have to go to Bris on Thurs for a week, so Simon's gonna have some fun swapping all the good bits over.

It's got 19 inch wheels and big brake package, so it should drive a nice car when its all finished. :gooff:

Hey Doc,

Is your new F6 Bionic Blue, Auto, 19' rims, Premium brake upgrade, cloth interior and reverse sensors?

Yeah freezing my kahoonas off in Melb at the moment doing some Britek stuff (Jason is wrapt with his Sandown 500 win)

Anyway 666 is apparently sitting in its pre delivery state locked up in Titans showroom. I get back Sat arvo so Sunday is going to be a long slow day. Get ready to roll up your sleeves Simon.

333 copped $800 worth from my rock spray the other day, new D/Lights and bumper respray + chips on the bonnet :crybaby:

Moral of the story, don't follow too close at 250kph :tease::pooh:

Whatever you're doing Rick must be working :pooh:  Great to see him on the podium that's for sure.

Cheers tab. It seems so, but Jason has awesome talent anyway and what I do can only maximise any latent potential. He said he had bugger all brakes for the last 10 or so laps. Had me screaming at the telly for the last five of them.

Just have to get the Fujitsu guys in form so we can get some sponsorship payoff for the BIG RACE. :msm: Although the way Jose keeps spinning off gets a lot of shots of the front spoiler. We upped the sponsorship and took the width of the front of the roof on both cars as well as the lower front to get chopper shots at Bathurst and Bahrain. Now my in house accountant is threatening to resign and the bank manager will probably have heart failure :fool:

It's amazing how so little time can make such a big difference at the end. Luff got up to 12th at Sandown then caught a stone in a drive belt or something and it was all over. Lot of money, lot of hard work, for very little glory.

In my more youthful years I used to think it would be a great thing to hurtle around in a quick V8. But having seen how much hard work is involved, even if I had had the talent (which I never did) I wouldn't do it for a million bucks a year. I think there is about a 100 hours of work, testing, and preperation for every minute behind the wheel. Bloody awesome machines though :stirthepot::fool:

There's definitely more to it than meets the eye - not just a matter of getting behind the wheel and taking it for a strap once a month.

At least seeing your livery on the car will make you feel warm n’ fuzzy….shame about the financiers getting their knickers in a twist though :stirthepot:
