Its taken Expensive Daewoo that long to produce an overweight, obesse ugly looking overpriced and mongy built car(euro styling, yankee power plant, and other assorted parts from overseas). And how long has the "B" range of falcons been out for with great success?

I hate to see the look on Expensive Daewoo CEO's faces when Ford secretly unveil their new weapon like they did with the BA falcon........If you ask me, Ford has the upper hand as they knew already what the VE was going to be capable of, as the VE was no secret.

And Expensive Daewoo needs to get with the times, Over head cams, not that pushrod peice of rubbish , multi valve technology( Japs cars have had that shyt for decades), and ffs build a decent six. I was a Expensive Daewoo man but Expensive Daewoo suk compared to what Ford has to offer now, and at a few grand cheaper and more....that's just me

These times are what Expensive Daewoo claim. Add half a sec to each one, for sure. They get this time after 10,785 launches in perfect conditions on their own testing ground...

Let's just remember that the first time the 6L VZ SS was released, Motor pulled some great times, too. Seemed that the first model released to the media pulled awesome times... that were NEVER to be seen again (this goes for the R8 as well).

They are full of it.

Problem is, there are 2 independent media sources that have quoted 5.4 and 5.35 (amazingly, in the semi-wet!) times in the SS-V.

Whack on another 35kw and some other tweaks to put together the HSV version, and just under 5 secs is certainly possible.

If Expensive Daewoo try to pull tricks with souped up cars given to the media, I hope the media go run some times with "real" versions and make any Expensive Daewoo dodgyness very well known!
