has anyone ran these down the Quarter with 300+kws, the 4 speeds are pulling just on 120mph with 300ish, so it would be interesting to what mph the 350kw 6 speed ones run

Or another way, who on here has modified their 6 speed auto......?

Does anyone on here actually own a BF with over 350KW??????

*looks in mirror*

Just rolled off 351.1rwkw, 820nm this morning at APC Wangara. Maximum boost 16.5psi @ 3700rpm, tapering down to 14.5psi @ 4900rpm, AFR's 11.5 @ peak boost to 12.0 @ peak rpm. I might post dyno sheets tommorow.

Vehicle equipped with Siemens 60# injectors, Walbro GSS-294 pump, Cobra kit, ASE intercooler, stock dump pipe, 8psi actuator, APC single 3.5" system with one 3.5" Metalcat. Tuned it myself. Desperately in need of valve springs now, which will bump power significantly more.

So far, trans is stock, waiting for SCT to release updated version of the software for the ZF trans stuff. I haven't upgraded to V3 yet, still using the 'old' V2.9.

Tractive effort is fuggen amazing. I might take it to the drags in the next few months.

Looks good so far, 10 months without large scale dramas....

My 'insider' at Ford tells me they haven't seen any ZF's in the T/F6 fail, apart from a couple of the first batch that had water on the electrical trans connectors.

They are seeing quite a few Territory's though tearing the plastic pan off them when going off road.

Which isn't related to HP or Torque but ground clearance!

Good to see Ford have something that doesn't require its final stages of development testing done by the consumers. Aka, twin plate clutch :yeahyeah:

it will be good to see how she goes, have you ran it through the gears at that power Jason, or just dyno work. she should pull a good number at the drags.

Do the Phoon 6 speeds differ in anyway to the T's......?

The typhoon zf is rated at 600nm and the T is 450nm

Kewish in vic are modifing these atm with a shift kit that they have developed

They have done a few now so give them a call for more info 03 9793 2220

Can't see how the Auto is rated at 450nm when the car puts out 480nm !
