BADGERSXR6TUTE Member 209 Member For: 21y 2m 18d Location: llandaff, tasmania Posted 18/08/06 11:55 PM Share Posted 18/08/06 11:55 PM Just had new BF hard lid fitted under warranty to replace my BA one that had developed a warp between the struts, anyone with a BA lid should check theirs out as Ford will replace them if they are warped no problems just expect to be without your ute for a day as the new ones are mounted completley different, don't think this one will warp the way its mounted(here's hoping anyway) it seems to be alot more solid. The BF ones dont lift up as far as the old one though which is a pain in the bum. Mine is straight along the sides but warps along the back when cold, once in the sun it pops up in the middle and straightens out on the back. Since its dark and night and its straight in the sun I'm laughing. temptingto go get a BF lid though, but I hate the 10" thick side.
