Is the ride harsher and are you scraping on much? Is there much less body roll? Do you think handling has actually improved much? I had my AU lowered and it was a bit harsh, the BA handles better, and is less harsh, win-win.

The springs are Kings and I didn't change the shocks. I had the wheels fitted first and didn't notice much increase in harshness. I lowered it the next day and it got a little harsher, but I thinks its just a combination of the 2 that's makes it. even still, its not too bad. In stock form the car handles very well, dunno about the increase in handling, I'm sure if I pushed it I'd notice the improvement. could definately do with thicker sway bars though.heres another pic by the seaside. What width are the wheels, and what profile are the tyres?Hopefully there is enough guard clearance now that it's lowered.I've also chosen blueprint, and chose 17" wheels so I have the option of 19" later, so I'm happy to see that they look great. In time height adjustable struts should come onto the market. :D brian

As well as an XR6T for myself, I've just ordered a new Corolla station wagon for my sales manager, lowered with MAK Sting wheels and tinting of course. They look fantastic. They say great minds think alike.
